Services & Rates
Mediations are billed hourly. There are many options depending on the complexity of your matter. Mediations are billed in mini-session, half-day, and full-day sessions. Mini-session mediations are reserved for a 2-hour minimum, while half-day mediations are reserved for a three-hour minimum and a six-hour minimum for full-day mediations. Mediation Services are billed as follows and rounded up to the nearest half-hour. Prices are per party:

Legal Services are billed on an agreed upon hourly rate depending on the topic and complexity of the matter. Attorney rates vary, starting at $300 per hour, rounded up to the nearest 1/10th of an hour. Please contact me about your legal needs so we can fully discuss the nature of the matter and find a price and solution that meets your needs.
2 Party Mediation | $225
Maximum of 2 parties, not including representation, will be billed at $225 per hour, per party, rounded up to the nearest half hour.
4 or More Party Mediation | $150
4 or more parties to a mediation, not including representation, will be billed at $150 per hour, per party, rounded up to the nearest half hour.
3 Party Mediation | $175
Maximum of 3 parties, not including representation, will be billed at $175 per hour, per party, rounded up to the nearest half hour.
Legal Services
​Agreed upon rate will vary depending on topic and complexity. Average rates begin at $300 per hour, rounded up to the nearest 1/10th of an hour
The prices above do not reflect travel time, which will be incurred for travel outside of the Tampa Bay area at the corresponding hourly rate noted above, rounded to the nearest half-hour.
All cancellations must be provided in writing at least 10 days prior to the scheduled mediation. Any mediation canceled with less than 10 days' notice will incur a two-hour minimum charge.
